THIS JELLY FISH IS CAUGHT FROM OUR WATERS AND PROCESSED TO BE SALTED. SO BEFORE IT BECOMES PART OF THE MENU ON THE TABLE, IT NEEDS TO BE SOAKED IN WARM WATER TO LESSEN THE SALTY TASTE.
SLICE SHALLOTS, GARLIC, GINGER, CILI API (AND ALSO TAKE ABOUT 20, BLEND), LIME JUICE( SECUKUP MASAM). MIX EVERYTHING IN A BOWL, SPRINKLE A BIT OF MSG/ANCHOVIES GRANULES. DON'T ADD SALT.
IT SHOULD TASTE CILLI HOT AND SOUR.
